[HWPL] Nations of Korean War and HWPL. Serial Posting 4. Canada

[HWPL]

[HWPL] Nations of Korean War and HWPL. Serial Posting 4. Canada

Year 2020 marks the 70th anniversary of the Korean War which scarred the whole Korean peninsula in the 20th century. Two ideologies (democracy and communism) clashed on a small peninsula as 21 countries fought for the ideologies they followed and more than 50 countries helping one side with medical or financial support. All people struggled for the peace that they believed in, resulting in more than one million casualties. Today, Chairman Man Hee Lee and his peace groups (HWPL, IWPG and IPYG) are working together with people throughout the world for sustainable world peace. I begin these serial postings recalling the Korean War, paying respect to all those who fought and sacrificed their lives in the Korean War, and inform you how Mr. Man Hee Lee and his peace groups (HWPL, IWPG and IPYG) have been working for world peace and for future generations :)

Every week, I will write about one country that participated in the Korean War and how the country has been working together with Chairman Man Hee Lee and these peace groups for world peace :)

Today's country is Canada.

Canada dispatched more than 25,000 soldiers and they suffered more than 1,500 damages including death, casualties, lost and POWs. They served as infantry, air-force and navy.

Korean War Memorial Wall in Canada

Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light), who is also a veteran of the Korean War, underwent all kinds of cruelty and hardship during the Korean War and has been working for world peace since 2012. HWPL established its HWPL WARP (World Alliance of Religions' Peace) Office for Interfaith Dialogue at Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, and VIPs and citizens of Canada have been jointly worked for the world peace with HWPL with passion towards the peace and harmony. They have participated in the WARP (World Alliance of Religions' Peace) World Peace Festival every September 18th, May 25th Peace Walk, the Legislate Peace project, WARP Meeting & Interfaith Dialogue, Peace Letter campaign and more initiatives to achieve world peace with Chairman Man Hee Lee and the peace groups (HWPL, IWPG and IPYG).

I'm certain and hopeful that people in Canada will keep working with Chairman Man Hee Lee and HWPL for world peace and a brighter future for future generations as they have done so far :)

[HWPL] Nations of Korean War and HWPL. Serial Posting 2. United Kingdom

[HWPL] Nations of Korean War and HWPL. Serial Posting 2. United Kingdom

Year 2020 is the 70th anniversary of the Korean War which scarred the whole Korean peninsula in the 20th century. Two ideologies (democracy and communism) clashed on a small peninsula as 21 countries fought for the ideologies they followed and more than 50 countries helping one side with medical or financial support.

Today's country is the United Kingdom.

The United Kingdom dispatched 81,000 soldiers and suffered more than 3,600 casualties (including those missing and POWs). The UK was the second country to send reinforcements among countries of the UN. The 27th Commonwealth Brigade that included Australian soldiers, who were enjoying peace in Hong Kong after World War 2, were suddenly sent to the Republic of Korea with no knowledge of a 'southern Korea' but they fought bravely in spite of low supplies. It is said that the UK lost many more soldiers in the Korean War than in any other wars they later engaged in (Falklands War, Iraq War and Afghanistan War), but it is an almost forgotten war in the UK. In 2020 today, there are less than 2,000 Korean War veterans in the UK.

Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light), who is also a veteran of the Korean War, underwent all kinds of cruelty and hardship in the Korean War and has been working for world peace since 2012. The UK also participated in Chairman Man Hee Lee's global peace work and with his peace groups (HWPL, IWPG and IPYG). Many people in the UK have been working together with these peace groups on the implementation of the DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War), May 25th Peace Walk, World Peace WARP (World Alliance of Religions' Peace) Summit, WARP Office for Interfaith Dialogue and the Legislate Peace campaign. Moreover, in 2015, Chairman Man Hee Lee and the HWPL International Law Peace Committee held a meeting in London to further the 2nd draft of the DPCW, and Chairman Man Hee Lee also delivered a powerful speech to youth on world peace at the University of Oxford.

I'm certain and hopeful that people in the United Kingdom will keep working with Chairman Man Hee Lee and HWPL for world peace and a brighter future for future generations as they have done so far :)

Every week, I will write about one country that participated in the Korean War and how the country has been working together with Chairman Man Hee Lee and these peace groups for world peace :)

Today's country is the United States of America.

The United States of America dispatched 480,000 including General Douglas MacArthur, but suffered almost 20,000 casualties, including those missing and POWs. The USA is the first country to send reinforcements (Task Force Smith) and support South Korea after the war, both financially and medically. They comprised the majority of the United Nations Army in the Korean War.

Honorable Veterans of Korean War from the United States of America

Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL, who is also a veteran of the Korean War, underwent all kinds of cruelty and hardship in the Korean War and has been working for world peace since 2012. Contributing towards the efforts of Chairman Lee and HWPL, people in the United States of America have responded with great participation to HWPL's initiatives and events. Citizens of Los Angeles, New York, Washington D.C. and more cities joined in the annual May 25th Peace Walk, The WARP (World Alliance of Religions and Peace) Office, the Legislate Peace campaign, 918 World Peace WARP (World Alliance of Religions' Peace) Summit. Moreover, some members of HWPL's International Law Peace Committee (which helped Chairman Man Hee Lee to draft and implement the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) come from the United States. Manhattan, Carson City and other cities in the United States of America even officially designated March 14th 'HWPL Day' to commemorate HWPL's Peace Work.

I'm certain and hopeful that people in the United States of America will keep working with Chairman Man Hee Lee and HWPL for world peace and a brighter future for future generations as they have done so far :)

[HWPL] HWPL's Western Busan and Gyeongnam Branch Hosted 'The First Peace and Love New Year's Ceremony' for Best Results in 2020

The Western Busan and Gyeongnam branch of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light. Chairman Man Hee Lee) hosted 'The First Peace and Love New Year's Ceremony' at Lotte Hotel Pearl Room in Busan District, Busan. More than 150 citizens from Busan participated in the event.

Mr. Jung Su Lee, Director of HWPL's Western Busan and Gyeongnam branch, encouraged peace advocates to work for HWPL's peace initiatives, which includes the DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War), Peace Education and WARP (World Alliance of Religions' Peace) Interfaith Dialogue. VIPs working with HWPL also urged citizens to support HWPL and the DPCW.

In particular, Walki Kabir, who is an HWPL peace advocate from Afghanistan National News, emphasized the importance of peace journalism, saying, "Everyone on the earth has responsibility to stop the war for the world peace. As a journalist, it is good chance to spread peaceful message from heaven."

That day, general manager and manager of Western Busan and Gyeongnam branch, delivered a presentation on the branch's 2020 Plan which expressed gratitude for members and VIPs who have been working with HWPL.

My wish is that HWPL and affiliated peace groups will contribute to world peace again this year :)

Chairman Man Hee Lee and HWPL's peace work has also been carried out throughout the Korean peninsula. HWPL's Daegu-Gyeongbuk branch hosted a Special Lecture on world peace with Daesung Passion Academy at Suseong District in Daegu on December 26th under the title 'The Most Precious Peace Story in the World' with 50 local citizens.

[HWPL] DPCW of HWPL and Chairman Man Hee Lee and the Libyan Civil War

[HWPL]

[HWPL] DPCW of HWPL and Chairman Man Hee Lee and the Libyan Civil War

Since 2011, Libya has been unable to extricate itself from long-term chaos caused by political, religious and ideological conflict. The country was again turned into a battlefield with the Libyan civil war between the Eastern LNA and Western GNA. After the Arab Spring, Libyans were looking forward to the reign of true democracy but more than 300,000 people died in the ensuing civil war. It's now 2020 and the civil war continues. People's suffering has not yet ended.

Moreover, most people around the world who regularly watch international news know that it created countless Libyan refugees fleeing from their country. It produced more innocent victims - women and children who lost precious family members. Conflict between politics, religion and ideology caused all these troubles and pain.

To solve global conflicts and wars, Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light) and affiliated peace advocates have been working for world peace through peace initiatives such as the DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) - an international law for peace drafted by HWPL's Peace Law Committee - the 'Legislate Peace' project (Peace Signatures and Peace Letters) and Peace Education since its founding for the spreading of a culture of peace.

Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL
The DPCW is an international law drafted by HWPL's Peace Law Committee which consists of prominent law experts and human rights activists. The DPCW consists of 10 articles and 38 clauses that fundamentally removes and prevents the causes of war and conflict. It also contains articles for creating sustainable world peace through Peace Education and a culture of peace. So Chairman Man Hee Lee and HWPL's DPCW is the only answer for world peace.
DPCW. Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War 10 Articles and 38 Clauses

HWPL's Chairman Man Hee Lee and  peace advocates of IWPG (International Women's Peace Group) and IPYG (International Peace Youth Group) have travelled the world more than 30 times to urge all people including former and current presidents, prime ministers, politicians, law experts, religious leaders, leaders of NGO and more to support the DPCW so it can be introduced to the UN's general assembly.

Chairman Man Hee Lee gave speech at UN's assembly room in 2018 on the World's Day

The UN suggested and demanded both parties (LNA and GNA) of the Libyan Civil War to make a truce and cease civil war. As a member of HWPL Supporters One, I think the DPCW must be adopted in Libya in order to solve their conflict. The leaders of the two armies must have dialogue together with Chairman Man Hee Lee at a round table, and talk under the arbitration of Chairman Man Hee Lee to bring peace to Libya and its people. Leaders must be held responsible for what they have caused in their country.

My wish is that HWPL and Chairman Man Hee Lee will ultimately achieve world peace through the DPCW, and create a world of sustainable peace without war.

Peace!
