[IPYG] PEACE TALK - Discussion for Reunification of the Korean peninsula

IPYG (International Peace Youth Group) asked a question to young adults of South Korea.

'What do you think about the reunification of Korea? What can you do?'

Young adults from South Korea and North Korea (who are North Korean escapees) participated in the 4th Peace Talk event entitled 'Won't you go for reunification?' by IPYG in Seoul to discuss and suggest answers to this question.

The chairman of the Eastern Culture Institute, Mr. Sangman Lee, said the following during his congratulatory speech for IPYG: "Young adults are the hope of humanity, power for historical development and core of public prosperity."

Ms. Jinkyung Bae, the lecturer from the Ministry of Reunification of Republic of Korea, helped the participators to think about their perception towards the reunification and suggested what young adults in Korea can do for it to build a bond of sympathy among them.

The participants actively discussed the questions and they signed 'signature in support of the reunification of the Korean peninsula'. IPYG's 'PEACE TALK' event has been going on since 2015 based on the 'Declaration of Reunification of the Country' by Mr. Man Hee Lee of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light).

Writer's Comment : I'd like to have a talk about reunification of the Korean peninsula with young adults from North Korea too :) I really wonder what they think about it and the reunification policies of the current president of Korea.

Peace!
