On October 19th 2019, HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light. Chairman: Man Hee Lee) hosted the 2019 Ethiopia Peace Press Forum at the meeting hall in IPPS, Ethiopia. Many Ethiopian journalists joined in the forum to discuss the "Realization of Peace Journalism and Public Journalism" which emphasizes the role of journalists in spreading peace news over the world. The event featured keynote speeches and group discussion on this theme.

In the event, all journalists who participated in the forum signed in support of delivering and reporting peace news via Peace Initiative (PI), which is the platform for peace news and peace projects. Peace Initiative was created by HWPL and ensures all peace news is spread throughout the world.

All participants pledged to raise the necessity of world peace and to contribute to world peace through the Peace Initiative. They also all promised to continue these kinds of meetings in the future.

Peace!

[HWPL] HWPL signs MOU with Bulacan Press Club for "Peace Journalism"

During the 30th World Peace Tour, Mr. Man Hee Lee of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light) and the peace advocates achieved great success in the Philippines. The Grand Peace Festival was held at the Philippine Sports Stadium on the 15th Feb 2019, and Bulacan Press Club signed an MOU with HWPL for Peace Journalism on the same day.

In 2018, HWPL launched the international media platform 'Peace Initiative' (https://peaceinitiative.net), which is a global network of journalists who contribute to world peace and conflict resolution through the press.

The MOU between HWPL and Bulacan Press Club enhances cooperation between the two groups through the sharing of peace news, peace-related articles and information.

It is amazing that HWPL has already made partnerships with 600 journalists from all over the world to foster the global journalist network through the Peace Initiative.

Chairman Man Hee Lee (HWPL) and Mr.Frederick Silverio (President of the Bulacan Press Club)

Mr. Ian Seo, Department of Public Relations of HWPL, said :

"This MOU between HWPL and the Bulacan Press Club is expected to allow more journalists from the 50 media agencies in the club to participate in producing and sharing peace-related news worldwide and to help establish a firm cooperative relationship in promoting peace journalism"

We, the messengers of peace, look forward to more journalists and the press working jointly with HWPL and the Peace Initiative :)
