[HWPL] HWPL Peace Libraries for Children and Peace of Myanmar

 [HWPL]

[HWPL] HWPL Peace Libraries for Children and Peace of Myanmar

HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light: Chairman Man-Hee Lee) has been building HWPL peace libraries for children in Myanmar to implement HWPL's peace initiatives including peace education.

It's being led by Ven.Ashin Htavara, who is the general secretary of the All Burma Monks' Representative Committee (ABMRC) of Myanmar. He is actually staying in Norway because he was exiled from his country for leading the Saffron Revolution in 2007. However, he is still working for peace in Myanmar today with HWPL.

Regarding the current situation in Myanmar, he said it's very likely to become a civil war so the help of the global community and prayers of the family of peace are desperately needed. He emphasized that the military is mercilessly killing people and it must cease.

He explained that he learned about HWPL and Chairman Man-Hee Lee after being exiled to Norway, and thoroughly acknowledged the importance of peace and peace education in elementary schools. Therefore, from 2018, he began to build HWPL peace libraries to teach peace.

In the future, he hopes to run peace education, peace activities and peace campaigns throughout the libraries. He was moved by Chairman Man-Hee Lee's pure passion for peace when he joined HWPL in 2016, and he was appointed as an HWPL Publicity Ambassador soon after in May 2018.

He opened the first HWPL peace library in Myanmar on June 2nd 2018 in the Payafon area, and the 4th HWPL Peace Library is about to open. He hopes for Myanmar to restore peace quickly and for peace education to be given to students and citizens in Myanmar.

Now he wants to build more HWPL peace libraries and conduct HWPL peace initiatives within libraries. He said he wants to teach the importance of peace, the DPCW (the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) and more. He will never give up striving for peace with HWPL.

Peace!

[Peace News] Short Peace News of the Week and HWPL

[Peace News]

[Peace News] Short Peace News of the Week

Religious News From Around The Web, Jan 27th 2020 / World Religion News / Jan 27th 2020

India's Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) has caused controversy over its exclusion of Muslims for application as national citizens. Therefore, tens of thousands of people of other religions (Hinduism, Christianity, Sikhism etc.) have united to oppose the CAA. Now they are fighting for the religious liberty of all people in India.

In 2017, more than 700,000 Muslim Rohingyas escaped Myanmar during the 'Rohingya Genocide' carried out by the government of Myanmar. Hundreds of villages were destroyed and countless lives lost. The Myanmar government has denied charges of genocide, but the International Court of Justice has ruled that it must prevent further massacre and not destroy evidence.

HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light) and Chairman Man Hee Lee have been carrying out peace initiatives since HWPL's founding in 2013. Their initiatives include urging people throughout the world to support the DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) 10 Articles and 38 Clauses due for introduction to the UN General Assembly as legally-binding international law. The DPCW's laws include peace between countries and religions by spreading a culture of peace and peace education.

It's certain that HWPL and Chairman Man Hee Lee's DPCW will contribute much to eliminating global religious conflicts and wars.

Peace!

[Peace News] Mr. Man Hee Lee's DPCW and Conflicts in the World

[Peace News]

[Peace News] Mr. Man Hee Lee's DPCW and Conflicts in the World

Everyone wants to live a happy and peaceful life; no one wants to be damaged or suffer pain from conflict or war. However, people have been in a struggle to gain power and what they desire through violence, terrorism and military force because they don't know how to solve problems and conflicts in a peaceful way.

Recently, Amass Ghana (Conflict resolution and peace-building NGO in Ghana) called for the cooperation of international NGOs to resolve ethnic conflicts in Northern Ghana.

Ghana

Amass Ghana calls for international concern on conflicts in Northern Ghana / Amass Ghana / 15.1.2019 / GhanaWeb

Amass Ghana stated that there are 3 or 4 tribal conflicts in Northern Ghana over tribal power and territory, leading the country to societal, public and economic damages and unstable national security. Amass Ghana quoted :

"World Justice Project (WJP), Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), Niwano Peace Foundation (NPF) among other peace building bodies would need to stretch an arm in helping Ghana nip in the bud the conflict situation in northern part of the country."

It is not only Ghana that is suffering from conflict over ethnicity, tribe, religion, race etc. Many countries in Africa, Middle East and Asia also have similar problems that need support and help from international NGOs.

Southern Sudan. Severe tribal conflicts have been on-going and are still resolved.

Rohingya tribe: victims of religious conflicts between Buddhism and Islam in Myanmar

Humanity has been facing a long and ongoing conflict since the beginning of history - discrimination of race, nationality, social status, wealth, ethnicity, tribe, sex, religion etc. People have been fighting and killing each other because of these reasons, and one man from the Republic of Korea has suddenly burst into the world.

Prominent peace activist, chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light) started his work for the global society and proposed the DPCW (Declaration of Peace, Cessation of War), which says "No" to global conflicts and wars by any means.

Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL

Chairman Lee and his HWPL Law Peace Committee proposed a new international law that can stop all wars and conflicts in our world, and have been working to introduce and enact it at the UN as a global, legally-binding law. HWPL and Chairman Lee once resolved the 40-year religious conflict between Catholicism and Islam in Mindanao, Philippines in 2014.

HWPL's DPCW consists of 10 articles and 38 clauses, and one of them is article 9 'Promote peaceful coexistence amongst religious and ethnic groups'

This image explains Article 9 of the DPCW simply :)
To resolve any conflicts and wars caused by religion, ethnicity and race, as is happening in Africa, the Middle East and Asia, the DPCW must be supported by leaders of every nation and enacted by the U.N.

The DPCW's 10 articles 38 clauses suggests every method to effectively stop global conflicts and wars, soothing victims' pain and freeing them from a tragic situation.

Therefore, HWPL has been implementing its 'Legislate Peace Campaign' to encourage people to support the DPCW and to urge leaders of every state to ratify the DPCW as a legally binding international law at the UN.

How about you? Why don't you get involved in HWPL and DPCW? Together we can end all conflicts and wars in the world.

Get informed and get involved today :)
