[HWPL News] Global News After 918 World Peace WARP Summit (1)

Greetings! Family of peace! It's been more than a week since the 918 World Peace WARP Summit and its wonderful and fantastic parades that moved the hearts of all people :)

Anyone have a time-machine? I want to go back to the 18th of Sept.

I brought two cross-Atlantic news articles from North and South America to share with you. Let's take a look :)

Original Article : https://prn.to/2DypvWk

PR Newswire, USA, "South Korea HWPL Peace Summit Ignites International Support for Peace Law Campaign"

This first article is from Chicago, U.S.A. It highlights the significance of the DPCW and recognition from political VVIPs who participated in the WARP Summit this year. It includes quotes that speak to peoples’ hope for world peace through the DPCW and a global campaign that will lead to its introduction at the U.N. One VVIP said:

"I believe that peace is approaching everyday due to the activities of HWPL Chairman Man Hee Lee"

How sweet that sounds :) As we walk on the road to world peace, world peace is also coming to us.

The article also expresses great support from North and South America for the DPCW and its peace campaign:

"Article 10 [of the DPCW], spreading the culture of peace, is a powerful declaration of a movement that will change the world."

Article 10 – Spreading a culture of peace

This article here complimented the 918 World Peace WARP Summit in a different way :)

Original Artilce: https://bit.ly/2xEZcbF

Mecro Press, Uruguay, "Shouts for unification of the Korean Peninsula at HWPL's World Peace festival"

The reporter mainly described how beautiful the parades were to all people, regardless of where they watched it from. It is very true that every parade illustrated mankind's yearning for world peace through the DPCW and Koreans' desperate wish for the peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula.

The article quotes Donald Ramotar, ex-president of Guyana:

“I am particularly happy that one of the emphases of your work is to get the ordinary women and men involved in the work and struggle for world peace."

which I agree with from the bottom of my heart :) I feel overwhelming gratitude XD

And also, one of the VVIPs who participated said:

"The DPCW is a perfect and balanced document that can be the basis of solidarity for peacekeeping in all countries of the world. I think all the leaders of the countries should support the DPCW."

Isn't it amazing? The law that we supported and campaigned for can become an official international law that stops war and achieves world peace :) Do you believe this? We can make it happen with our bare hands!

The reason many media organisations have an interest in and devote attention to HWPL and the DPCW is because this is the only organisation that has really figured out the methods required for world peace, and you can actually see this happening as HWPL runs with it :)

It’s not only politicians and legal experts who think that the DPCW is the best solution for world peace. If you read its 10 articles and 38 clauses, you will be reading the same chapter of world peace with me :)

Peace!

[HWPL] HWPL & 918 WARP Summit, Resolution of Peace!

[HWPL]

HWPL & 918 WARP Summit, Resolution of Peace!

Greetings to you all! :) It’s been a long time since I last wrote for my precious visitors.

This is my first meeting with you after a long period of silence, so I wanted to introduce HWPL and the 918 WARP Summit for you guys again.

(I understand some visitors already know much about HWPL and maybe the 918 WARP Summit, but please kindly bear with me as there are, on the other hand, some people who don't know:D)

Then, what is HWPL?

- Its full name is 'Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light' and it is a registered NGO (Non-Government Organization) of Seoul and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Korea. HWPL is also a registered NGO of The Department of Public Information of the United Nations

What is the purpose of HWPL?

- The cessation of war and declaration of peace. To pass peace down to future generations

Wow! To make this wonderful thing a reality, what are their initiatives?

1. The enactment of International Peace Law
(I will explain about DPCW later)

2. WARP Office for Alliance of Religions

3. Peace Education for Students (Elementary School to University)

These are the 3 main initiatives of HWPL listed above. I will tell you more details of each, but let's focus on HWPL and the 918 WARP Summit for today:)

As with every great period of history, HWPL has also achieved its own milestone. That was 918 WARP Summit on the 18th of September 2014.

From the above pictures, more than 2000 politicians, legal professionals, religious leaders, leaders of women & youth groups and 200,000 HWPL members from 170 countries participated in the 918 WARP Summit in 2014.

All politicians, legal professionals, religious leaders, women & young leaders signed the peace MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to support the 'Enactment of DPCW' and 'Alliance of Religions'. What happened after this successful event?

- HWPL declared the DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) in 2016: 10 articles and 38 clauses

- PALACEN (Parlamento Centroamericano, Parliament of Central America) adopted the DPCW in July 2017

- Today in 2018, the global National Declaration process is well underway to being introduced to the UN General Assembly. 2 countries have already declared the DPCW as their national declaration.

Believe me, I can talk all night about HWPL's work and the 10 articles and 38 clauses of the DPCW, but...I think I will save them for later posts XD

Don't worry, I’ll be coming back soon to write for you:) See you later!

Peace!

p.s. This a promotional video of the 4th anniversary of the 918 WARP Summit:) Enjoy!
